General

-Please read through all of this before commissioning me-All commissions are for digital products and no physical items will be sent. (Unless a physical item is specifically offered)-Art commissioned from me is for non-commercial use only, unless you have spoken to me prior.-The commission CANNOT be used for NFTs. If you mint your commission, you will be permanently blacklisted.-The commission CANNOT be used for AI image training. If you train AI on my art , you will be permanently blacklisted.-Credit my art back to my ToyHouse @naeriie. If I find out you're claiming the artwork as your own, you will be blacklisted.-You may NOT edit my art in any capacity other than cropping to use as an icon. However I am open to discussion for specific cases.-All prices are in USD and are to be paid in only USD. I do not accept ANY form of cryptocurrency.

Reference Policy

I require a decent reference when taking commissions. If these conditions are not substantially met, a design fee will be incurred.-You MUST have a reference ready before approaching me for a commission, or have a description ready.Your reference must be:
-Clear and easy to read, with minimal pixellation.
-Unshaded if possible, otherwise with a colour pallet.
-Without dynamic poses, so I can read their anatomy properly.-I will not be accepting any references made with generative AI-The design fee for a character without a reference is $15.
-Complex characters with overwhelmingly complicated markings or body parts will incur a $10 complexity fee.This compensates for the extra time it takes to make sure the design is correct.References can be simple so long as I can clearly understand the design of the character. The image below is considered sufficient.

Will/Won't Draw

This list is not comprehensive, and I have the right to decline drawing for you for whatever reason I might have. If you try to covertly commission fetish art from me, you will be blacklisted.I am still happy to attempt the items I am less confident with, so long as you the commissioner are aware it's not my strongest suit.

Commission Process

-Once you have contacted me with your reference and your commission outline, your commission will be placed into my queue and I will provide a link to my trello so you can track my progress.-I will return with a sketch and if changes need to be made, this is the opportunity to do so. Once the sketch is approved, I will send the paypal invoice that you have 78hs to pay.-Once the invoice has been paid, I will continue work on your commission. I will provide another WIP at the flat colour stage for any last corrections or feedback. If given the go ahead, the commission will then be completed.-I will only take small edits once the piece is complete. Redoing at this stage is not possible and will be considered another full paid commission.-After completion the artwork is non refundable.

Artist Rights

-I reserve the right to decline your commission if I deem fit. I do not have to provide a reason.-I reserve the right to refund and cancel your commission if I deem fit.-I reserve the right to use my artworks as an example of my works in portfolios, galleries, ect. Although I do not claim any rights to the characters.-Filing a false chargeback is a very serious detriment to any online artist. If you do this, you will have the rights to the artwork revoked, and be permanently blacklisted

Client Rights

-These commissions are for your private, non profit use.-You may post the artwork elsewhere, e.g. character galleries such as Toyhouse, so long as correct and clear credit is given.-You reserve the right to ask for your commission to not be posted publically.-You may ask for updates if you feel like I am going too long without having updated you myself.

I am allowed to change and update these terms of service at any time. By ordering a commission you as the client agree to these conditions and will uphold them. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to work with me again. Last updated: 11 December 2024
